It was refreshing in the "Things to ask HSA managers and rollers" thread how many people who came out and said in effect "Say thanks to the rollers for everything they do". That was my weekly highlight and something that I am looking forward to doing on your behalf in a few short weeks.

This hobby can be a little jading some weeks. I hate bitching as a rule and it is easy to take negative potshots at HSA, other websites, ***** shipping labelled ******, deletions, underfilled cigars, overfilled cigars, overrated cigars, underrated cigars bla bla bla.

I had an R&J Short Churchill yesterday afternoon. Arthur turned up on the deck, gave me a smile and a hug, sat down with Warren, Smithy and Mark. Laughs a plenty, great conversation, cigars never mentioned but ever present. Second highlight of the week of and always a personal reminder of what is important!

My other highlight has been watching and reading Ryans almost three a day reviews in the review section. Well done mate, I find your reviews entertaining, descriptive, accurate and prompting. I my not reply due to time but thanks for what you have been doing.

My Cigar of the week was the Magnum 46's I smoked while doing the warehouse inspections on Tuesday. They were HQ and bloody tasty. The R&J Short Churchill yesterdaywas a nice return to form and i will revisit more this week. The most surprising was the HDM Petit Robusto which I had all intentions of not liking (not a favourite) and it was a mindblowing little HDM flavour laden bomb. I wouldn't of picked it as being so.......the vagaries of inconsistency.

Looking forward to a cigar free weekend in the pool with the kids while the Rib on bone and Rack of pork slow roast away for a few hours on ultra low. Looking forward to Mondays Superbowl!

Have a great weekend!
