  1. All, Thanks for your input. I have been part of different online communities since very early 90s and this PM is my first where I literally scratched my head and wondered - where the f*** did that come from. I looked back and did notice a mixture of CC/non-CC photographs. If I only knew that this ratio will hurt someone's feelings the way it did. LMFAO! Anyway ... glad I wasn't off w/ my assessment of his PM. You all have a great day and enjoy whatever you smoke! It's ok. Let him enjoy this forum. There is tons of good content / good people here. Hopefully he will read this and realize what he did. If you still need his nickname, I will provide.
  2. I have been away from this forum for a long while now. A) limited time B ) I smoke less CCs than I used to (let's not get into the whys). Today I get the following Private Message from a member of this forum. My initial reaction - has to be spam!!! I poked around and he seems to be an active member that is either mentally disturbed or loves to stir ****. My cabinets are filled w/ CCs and non-CCs. According to Mr.Expert, I'm ignorant, bullheaded and can't see the big picture just b/c I posted few non-CC photographs on this forum. You made my day, pal! LOL At the end of the day, as long as you are burning premium tobacco, I don't care what you are smoking. Enjoy it! QUOTE from Private Message "I don't get it! This is a habano forum yet every post from you is a picture of some noncuban shitstick!? Ya know, when I first started smoking cigars back in the early 90's, I smoked noncubans and even into the mid 2000's, consistently bought Davidoffs, Opus, and Tats. But as I've matured as a smoker/purchaser of cigars, I've found not only is a cigar NOT just a cigar, but there is absolutely no comparison between noncuban cigars and habanos. Noncubans, no matter how premium they are, represent to me the absolute and utter hypocrisy of the "free world" and capitalism. We're supposed to be "free" and live in the ultimate economic system yet we're subjected to ONLY being able to purchase cigars and rum of subpar, monotonic quality. Again, this is a habanos forum, not a noncuban shitstick forum, run by a vendor of habanos, yet every photo you put up is one of these stupid subpar shitsticks! To me, in my eyes, it is extremely disrespectful and ignorant on your part and honestly, you are exact the type of cigar smoker I steer clear of. You're ignorant, bullheaded, and can't see the big picture even if it hit you on the head. I'm glad you don't post here anymore to be honest."
  3. Upstate NY = Redskins country ? Really ? I would expect that area to be Bills or Patriots fans. Go G-Men !!!
  4. Fantastic coverage. Thank You for sharing. I can appreciate an artist who shoots up-close.
  5. Rush, This is Jay. We almost met at your shop back in April but you were away doing something else. Anyway ... Looks like you are originally from Houston, TX. If your wife is not happy w/ the 'island' style then Grand Cayman isn't going to fix the problem. No matter how you slice it, you have to consider her feelings. I personally wouldn't be thrilled if my wife forced me to live in the NYC. I love North West Jersey full of greenery and peaceful landscape. PS. Having said that, I would pack my bags, leave Jersey and move to Grand Cayman any minute if I had the opportunity. Good luck, pal !

  14. There are three places that I'm aware of. LCDH - located in Royal Plaza Mall. Tiny place with very little room. I don't recall if they had a seating area or not but honestly, who wants to sit in the store if you can enjoy your fine cigar on the beach ! Prices ... high as one would expect. Prices from 2010 when I visited Aruba. - Partagas D No.4 - $15 - Monte Open Regata - $13.50 - HdM Epi No.2 - $15 - RyJ No.1 - $9.50 Cigar Emporium - located in the Renaissance hotel. I don't recall prices but they did have plenty of room to sit / drink coffee. http://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/02/35/7b/25/cigar-emporium-aruba.jpg The Humidor - located across from Occidental Hotel. I did not check that one.
