  1. They're unsmokeable at 70% imo. And I agree, a minimum of 1 to 2 months in the humi after they arrive makes all the differenc in the world.
  2. » Well done Racer 47 » » You have chosen a great time as we are introducing a Frequent Poster » Program later next week ;-) Thankfully it's not a Frequent Quality Poster Program. Now I've got to load up on and and don't forget the classic ;-)
  3. Godd to see you over here id!
  4. If you would have started this Jan. 1 I would be enjoying a box of CoRo's right now. I dropped 30 already and don't have more than 10 to go before the wife will be able to physically enforce her will upon me. Rob, I suggest you calculate percentage of body weight lost instead of net pounds as a 400 pounder will drop 25 quicker than a 200 pounder. I think 10% of your body weight is all you should try to take off without consulting with a physician and would be a more fair measure.
  5. I think the kidnappings are probably worse than the cocaine trafficking. Just don't bring anybody with you worth paying ransom on and you'll have no worries. :-P

How are the 'eyes biting?

I put the box of MC5's in the freezer. I guess I should bag up everything in the humi and freeze it to be safe. Thanks for the advise.
  8. » sorry to hear you guys havnt been overly impressed with the cohiba from the » box. ive only had 1 of the selection boxes and i found the cohiba to be one » of the best cigars ive ever had. the box code on my box is. didnt have a » chance to sample the hoyo as a friend had that one. » » LLN OCT03 I enjoyed the cigars immensley until they plugged. Again, I think they may have been overhumidified. The Robusto boxes seemed had bolder flavors to me as the Pyramide boxes were fairly mild smokes. The Partagas Seried D No. 4 in the Seleccion box is probably one of the best young cigars I've ever enjoyed.
  9. Divino's. There's always time for one, or two if the first one's plugged.
  10. First time I've had a Habanos hatch, but probably not the last if I don't remember to keep my humi in a cool place. I opened my pc/tpc humi to fill my otter box since I emptied her out pretty good while fishing last weekend and I notice a little beetle crawling on the edge. And this humi is jam packed. So, I popped a cold one and started at it. About halfway down I see a little MC5 with two nice little holes in it. I killed the beetle crawling on the humi, but where did the other one go? Well, I have a full box of MC5's in the freezer for a couple days, although since it appears to be a small outbreak and isolated to one stick I would probably be better off isolating the box and storing my habanos in a cooler place, instead of in the overhead compartment at my office, directly above the flourescent light (kind of like a chicken incubator). Better yet, El Presidente, do you have any tiny tubes?:-D
  11. I have a few but have yet to try them. I love the 2's and 5's but have heard about the inconsistencies in the 4's and with how good the Boli PC's are I haven't had much need for them.
  12. » I have found many flavors all of the above listed. I've found a lot of flavors:clap: Just not good at describing them, although I detected unsweetened cocoa in a Choix Supreme the other day.
  13. Thanks for the Board Rob! Hope you are enjoying my screenname!! St. Louis is in the House!
  14. I've had a couple from '03 Seleccion Piramide boxes and they both plugged towards the end. I'm wondering if these aren't a bit overhumidified right out of their box. They do have quite a lingering aftertaste. The Seleccion Robustos are the better vitola of the 2, but I'd prefer to spend the money on a box with more smokes in it.
  15. I have a few left from a Dic 03 box that are absolutely outstanding.
