thechenman Posted September 29, 2009 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Interesting...I'm not familiar with the Cuban economy in terms of fares for transportation, but if there are already licensed indepnedent taxi drivers who idle in line waiting to pick up fares, is incresing the number of cars truly the answer...and how many Cubans are willing to pay 50 cents for a lift if there are so many hitchikers?
