Trevor2118 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Andy's superb photos of the new German RE's has raised the question of the revised bands (that I had completely missed). All the Bolivar Regional Editions have the word Cuba added below the word Habana on the standard type band. New new 2009 German RE is missing both the words Habanos & Cuba, although the pre-release photos had the Habana Cuba lettering. (an email has been sent to Germany to clarify....but this is probabily just a printing error?). My question is........can anyone advise if the word CUBA is showing up on the Standard Production Cigars since 2006 (the year of the first RE - France). Thanks Guys.

Trevor2118 Posted August 18, 2009 Author Posted August 18, 2009 Many thanks Guys. It appears clear that the Cuba band is only for the Special Releases. I have ammended the website accordingly. http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand.aspx?brand=Bol|ivar We just need to find out about the 2009 German RE without Hanana & Cuba......surely a printing error.....Quality Control strikes again

ColKurtz Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Trevor, don't know if it helps, but I just received a box of BRC, code LRE OCT09 from a very reliable source with the extra wording.
