Homebrew Posted August 8, 2009 Share Posted August 8, 2009 I Love BBQ, I also enjoy well smoked pork, brisket, and ribs, where the sauce is not needed. Especially Ribs. Brisket aint bad either. I also enjoy pulled pork, but I couldn't find any of my pictures. Note to self, take pictures Monday when I am smoking some pork shoulders. I do not do a sweet rub on anything. I prefer a zesty creole style rub. A quick easy rub, is 50% granulated garlic, and 50% Zatarains Creole seasoning.
