I Love BBQ,

I also enjoy well smoked pork, brisket, and ribs, where the sauce is not needed.

Especially Ribs.

I also enjoy pulled pork, but I couldn't find any of my pictures.

Note to self, take pictures Monday when I am smoking some pork shoulders.

I do not do a sweet rub on anything. I prefer a zesty creole style rub. A quick easy rub, is 50% granulated garlic, and 50% Zatarains Creole seasoning. You can adjust the amount of creole seasoning, bit I like a nice zip, that builds as you eat.

I think I swore this before, but... I SWEAR one of these days I'm just going drive down to Arkansas for lunch one day!

That's only a 10 hr drive... :lol:
