I know these get a bad rap on this forum with the LE Pyramid being the exception and perhaps the occasional Divino. I was wondering if anyone has had any late 08 or early 09's of any of the vitolas and what their thoughts were. I think the video reviews that were done were on cigars of 05/06. Just curious if any change had been made.

I had a few '08 Exclusivos, and although they were way rough around the edges, they offered pretty unique nutty, creamy, woody flavors .Dodgy burn though.

I never would have thought they are up to 08 production. Someone must buy them after all

I smoked a 2008 Distinguidos recently. Wasn't too impressed. But my g/f loves them. Has smoked about 5-6 of them over the last couple of months.

Bought 2 young Distinguidos lately to give 'em a try and both were plugged... Needless to say, I wasn't impressed. Never was lucky with Cuabas anyway, I guess some are good...
