I'm not from Sydney. If you have the chance, you can enjoy cigar and drinks are:-

Georges Mediterranian Restaurant @ King St Wharf (the city side of Darling Harbour)

Cohibar @ Harbour Side (Darling Harbour)

Hemmesphere @ The Establishment Hotel (some locals told me there's covered outdoor area)

Astral Bar @ Star City Hotel and Casino (if the weather is nice and warm. The view is spectacular)
