Kangaroo495
Moscow is, in general, a smoker-friendly location with no anti-smoking rules. Unfortunately, the ciga-smoking culture in Russia is extremely under developed. I mean, most of the barmen you meet will have no idea from which end you are supposed to smoke a cigar, let alone how to cut them, store them, or light them! However, there are some places in particular which strive to attract cigar smokers and have acceptable standards of cigar service and storage. They are: Floridita Lootch Gallereya Gradusov Most 5 star hotels Gubernatorsky Pancho Villa As Moscow is a ludicrously expensive place, I've only included places where mortal human beings can afford to go. If you require a fuller list of more expensive places, let me know.
