Wiley Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 An early spring Sunday and still cold. I'm hiding from the wind in the garage. Not my ideal smoking experience. Anyway, it's a pretty cigar. Smells at cold like... nada. It doesn't have much of a smell. It burned beautifully, had a good, firm draw, but never really had much going on otherwise. I hate to say it, but it's a bit like smoking a light Dominican. A little bit of sweetness weaving in and out, a little bit of exotic wood, and a little bit of spice coming in and out. (Cuesta Rey anyone?) Of the half box of these I have smoked so far, the others have been a bit more intense in the flavor and aroma department, but not by a lot. I hate to say it, but the Punch Punch really isn't much like the rest of the Punch marca, which I enjoy so much.
