I decided to try one of these yesterday as I didn't have any cigars with me from home and didn't want to spend a fortune at the local shop. $5.99 this cigar cost and I got to be honest. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it for many reasons actually. The construction was flawless. The burn was straight. And the draw, although seemed tight during the prelight, produced a solid amount of thick creamy smoke. I was able to draw ever minute and a half and in an hour had only gone through about half the cigar. It had what I would consider the "perfect" draw. Flavors started out on the spicey side with pepper pretty dominant, but after an inch mellowed out. I picked up some burnt sugar, wood, and leather notes throughout the first 3 inches.

Another thing that I like about this cigar was that I had to toss it half way through bc of time restraints and I didn't feel bad because it had only cost me $6. I could light these up all day and not feel bad if something comes up and I can't finish it.

Now don't get me wrong, this cigar didn't wow me and I would take it over any of my habanos but I was into it and could see myself having a box to see how they progress with age. Thoughts?

Smithy was just saying Firiday that he smoked a Casa M Corona or Corona Gorda and enjoyed it thoroughly. No great complexity but certainly enough to make it thoroughly enjoyable and beter than the Robusto we had video reviewed.

I have a box of these in mixed sizes. I have gone through about a Qtr of them. You are right that there construction is what every cigar should aspire to be.

I have enjoyed the ones I have smoked. Nothing complex, a peppery taste usually, but again, for the money they are decent NC smoke.
