You may have seen the our drunk minster of finance on TV. We have many talented politicians in the current cabinet. not only him.

post-1173-1234869594.jpg

He is one of them. He really likes to go to excluded and expensive bars after his works day by day. He smokes cigars while drinking there. His favorite brand is Hoyo I've heard.

...And I thought We know a man mixed with these talents. Yes, Rob Ayala is the man. He should be a politician here. :cigar:

At last, I'm proud of being a citizen of a nation where scats laugh around the world by politicians. I'm feeling now what you did against Bush administration days...

What's a 'little' drink amongst friends???!!!

So you had a little too much to drink - and your judgement is a little clouded and your speech is a little slurred - it's not like you are the Finance Minister of a nation who is experiencing one of their most difficult times in many years....

Oh wait.....you ARE the Finance Minister of such a country...........

Never mind - enjoy your Retirement after Resignation......

At least here in the States - our Treasury Secty. doesn't appear on the telly in a drunken state....

NO!!!!! He just forgets to pay his taxes for a few years!!!!!!!

You can't make this stuff up!!!! :cigar:

He didnt look drunk to me. . .

He drank wine because He was in Italy. You may not know but Japanese are weaker at alcohol than Westerners. So, We basically don't have the custom to drink alcohol during work.

Do love the picture itself, without any discussion of who it is, etc.

Good composition, great lighting, and the character has a smile on his face.

A man enjoying his cigar.

Inspired me to take more pictures of people smoking.

What I don't understand of this story is why they made him go to teh press for talking? if he was drunk ;-) everyone there could see it.

This is a non-issue. The man has said he was taking cold medicine.

Tho I must admitt that I do love working in Europe where the mini fridge

always seems to be stocked with wine & beer!
