Ken Gargett Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 about 40 minutes north of Toronto on the western shore of Lake Simcoe. spent some time in toronto (and ottawa - most of it in both places in hospital with a burst appendix and subsequently gangrene and peritonitis - but never held that against it.). do remember getting to a canadian footy game there. the local toronto team won but if i recall, different rules to the nfl? only three downs? sister spent several years in ottawa as a physio - by a coincidence, turned out to be at the same hospital i was at, though she had long gone.
