Ken Gargett Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 about 40 minutes north of Toronto on the western shore of Lake Simcoe. spent some time in toronto (and ottawa - most of it in both places in hospital with a burst appendix and subsequently gangrene and peritonitis - but never held that against it.). do remember getting to a canadian footy game there. the local toronto team won but if i recall, different rules to the nfl? only three downs? sister spent several years in ottawa as a physio - by a coincidence, turned out to be at the same hospital i was at, though she had long gone.
