gehrig24 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Nice effort by the Bucs today. I had Oakland in a suicide pool and thought I had a really good chance. Tampa at home, had to win to have a chance at the playoffs, West coast team playing an early game on the East coast....... Tampa, El Prez.....what happened to your team today?
puros71 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 What happend to the Bucs? Well Michael Bush 177 yards and 2 td's! And Jamarcus Russell looks likes he's maturing as a QB.
El Presidente Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Nice effort by the Bucs today. I had Oakland in a suicide pool and thought I had a really good chance. When the pedal needed to go to the metal there was nothing there. Need regeneration.
gehrig24 Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 Tough day today for me. Lost in the last week of the suicide pool and that cost me money and then my beloved Cowboys forgot to show up in Philly. As they say, there is always next year.
Tampa1257 Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Tis the season to be looking forward to next year. We need a few healthy Running Backs for sure!
trumpetchris Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Dear Oakland, Thank you, love, Philly. Oh, and dear Cowboys, sorry about that 2nd quarter, we thought you were going to play football. Love, Philly.
Ken Gargett Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Tough day today for me. Lost in the last week of the suicide pool and that cost me money and then my beloved Cowboys forgot to show up in Philly. As they say, there is always next year. tough to see the glorious skins go down in the last second, knid of sums up the season. but tough in a division where they went even over the season and still came last (and had they won, every team in the division would have had a winning season and only one made the playoffs!!). tampa? playing for draft picks from round 2. cowgirls? just broke my heart to see them utterly and completely and totally humiliated today. hurts so much. weren't they superbowl favourites a the beginning of the year? still, no doubt they'll improve throughout the playoffs (whoops!!!). who will cop the blame?

Love, Philly Your welcome from the Raider Nation on the West Coast. Our season was toast but we got our satisfaction from knocking John Gruden out the playoffs. But to be honest Tampa needs to revamp their defense. They need LB, CB and RB after Cadillac blew out his knee again.
Van55 Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 I'm no Philly fan, but I had to love the dismantling of the Cowboys yesterday. On the whole, I would have preferred the Bucs in the playoffs rather than the Iggles though.
