Well, I know most of people beleive 65 RH% is the best for CCs but I think Humidity should be higher for light and delicate flavor cigars.

How do you think of it?

Personally I feel that for CC's 70% mutes most or all of the delicate flavors. In other words the higher humidity "drowns out" any subtle flavors that I seem to find at 65%. While I like the way the cigar looks and feels being kept at 70% I personally don't find they smoke as well. Just my 2 cents.

I usually have to accept a range due to my changing locations so much.

Try as I might, mine will honestly vary from 62-68% (the ones fixing to get torched on the lower range)

I've tried everything, and 62% at 65 degrees works best for me. I get fewer tight draws, and the cigars seem more full-flavored to me, compared to higher humidities. Just my experience, FWIW.

I keep my cigars stored between 62% and 65%. Over a lot of time and experimentation, I have found that for my palate that the flavors are brighter and more intense, have fewer draw issues and they have a better burn.

I agree.

62% is doing wonders for my stuff.

Also, if you're coming from 70% down to 62% it can take about 4 weeks till you really notice he difference IMO.

How do I think of it? - With my brain! LOL

What do I think of it? - That you're not experienced or gifted enough to tell, or perhaps dont realize that the more water you add, the less flavor you get, as the steam vs aroma ratio is increased. Think of it like this: water doesnt burn (not even in Japan! lol), it is a necessity for storage.

Really Claudius??????

Im sure you didnt mean to come across sounding condecending or like and ******* but thats how it sounds. Belive me when I say that I'm not here to pick a fight and Im obviously less experienced than you and others on this board. The fact is that you only needed to respond with the above 25 words and absolutely nothing more. To Prez and the other moderators I realize I am not the most appropriate one to respond like this but I felt it was necessary that someone say it.

I'm both condescending and an *******!

Regarding the topic at hand, I've met 2 guys smoking 75% RH cigars AGAIN yesterday, and it gets a little frustrating having to do the same explaining over and over again. 50+ RG, 75% RH, EL, no flavor, no clue! They like the fact that the cigars produce a lot of smoke easily :daydream:

Boy sometime acts as if he dislikes a lady that he loves. This is said because of his shyness. Congrats Cladius! You're still young! :daydream:
