Professor Twain Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 For me, nothing can match a well aged CORO, but next in line would be the PSD4 I did not list CORO in my top list because they have disappointed me when young, while the other robustos have been great in their yough. I am aging some 06s and sampled them recently, they are getting better but not ready yet. Maybe by 2011?
puros71 Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I love the robusto size, heres my top robustos: 1. PSD4 2. RASS 3. BRC 4. Juan Lopez Sel. 2# 5. HDM Epicure #2
El Presidente Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 Tough question as it changes month to month. If I can generalize over the past 6 months: 1. Cohiba Robusto 2. HDM Epicure No 2 and RASS
dizedean Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 1) RASS 2) JL Se. #2 3) HdM Epi #2 4)Co Ro I have found the few PSD 4 that I have had to be mostly overated.
HawaiiBill Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 For me nothing beats an aged CORO, so they come first. CORO RASS D4 H-Up conn#1
whistlebritches Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 I have an box of CORO's from 06 that aren't very impressive.Hopefully age will change my opinion. As for current Robusto offerings I'd have to say the Juan Lopez #2's(08's) and RyJ Short Churchills(07's) are smoking magnificently.PSD#4's are awesome when they're on...............just not always on for some reason. Truthfully however I prefer PC's and smaller.Favorites being Boli PC's,Trini Reyes,SCdlH El Principes,Party Shorts and Partagas PC Especiales. Ron
