You couldn´t believe it how far we were compared to other Latin Americans countries and even Europe. Did you know thet we had Railroads way before it was introduced in Spain? 1837!!! I have the railroad map around that era and only 40 km long. It was expanded shortly afterwards;-)

It was made after the Festival and it´s awesome to see hte way they did it in such a short time. Its a revival of the old Malecon baths. Bet you like it
