Tomorrow the might of NSW is taking on the Canterbury Crusaders in the final of the Super 14 Rugby competition.

just found this post. on this occasion, i assure you the prez was correct. it would be a travesty of justice, a stain on humanity, a lowering of standards and an event so dispiciable to all right thinking humans if those detested tahs ever won anything. i stood in in a pub in the hunter valley with 200 misguided tahs fans and cheered my heart out for the crusaders. hurt to do it but it was necessary.

my only disappointment was that that didn't lose by a) 45 points in a complete shellacking or lose in the last second to a dud ref's decision. wither would have been acceptable. still, i'll take what we got. i would support invading martians ahead of the tahs.
