That Funky Barnyard Aroma!

That's what these PL Robustos smell like today, fresh from the Czar house! Funky Barnyard and these sticks are beautiful, too! I am planning on burying them in the back of the Aristocrat for a looong nap, but these gems look too good to wait! Anybody tried one of these lately?

Ive only smoked a handful. One was outstanding. Another tasted of hot coal. I'd say smoke one just to tame the beast within, but let them rest awhile.

I smoked one about 3 weeks ago that had been resting in my humidor since Dec 07. The cigar was nice, yet still tasted very young and tannic. The Por Larranaga core flavors were muted or I should say just beginning to develop. The rest I have are down for another 4-5 years nap because I believe they will provide a Classical flavor profile once they have aged a few years.

I smoke them regularly. Still 2-3 years away but great potential.

Agree with Prez .LOve them;still raw with slight ammonia,grass,youthful smoke. I have them sitting in humidor to mellow out. Still, if you want,go ahead and enjoy. They will only get better.:-)
