the winner to be chosen by polling of the membership and earns the bragging rights and spoils due to him.

he will be allowed to smite his apponents posts verbally for 6 months with no retribution.

each combatant allowed one additional counter attack.

the first blow???!!!! are you kidding? the streets of baghdad have copped fewer blows than i have.

i joined this forum to learn and to enjoy the comraderie of some good blokes who enjoy similar interests. instead, i have been torn to shreds on a daily basis by the pack of wolves known as el prez and the jackals that bark at his heels (no offence, colt).

and i have done nothing but turn the other cheek. even yesterday, i posted something that has clearly been misunderstood. all i was trying to do was to shine a glimpse of light, a moment of veracity, through the window of rob's soul into the cesspool his life has become. after all (and some members will be only too aware that previous interventions have failed miserably), only by acknowledging the depths to which he has tumbled can he begin the long and no doubt tortuous route to recovery. i was simply trying to help him on this path, as any good friend would.

As for a retalliation from me to Ken's blistering post yesterday (Inferring I am Hairy, Homosexual, Intellectually Handicapped, Cross Dressing, Black, Midget) I simply turn the other cheek.

It is not my style to bring someone else down. ;-)
