There are two places I would recommend in the District.

Shelly's Backroom Restaurant and Bar is a cigar bar (one of two that I know of) located on F Street North West between 13th and 14th Streets North West in Washington, DC.

The Bacon Blue Cheese Burger is a must!

Bethesda Tobacco in Bethesda MD, just a few short blocks from the Redline metro stop. They have a nice lounge, tons of Padron, LFD, Davidoff and a bunch of others. They are actually building a new store which is 3 times as big! Should be ready in January!

I stay pretty much in Montgomery County, my shop is Presiden'ts Cigars right in Gaithersburg. He also has a shop in Union Station. Pretty much every night is a packed house.
