Box Code SXF DIC 05

Had one of these little guys about 1.5 years ago right when I got the box and it was terrible. The burn was uneven and the draw was incredibly firm.

Pulled one out this morning and although packed a little tight, after a little massage it was divine. Straight burn great draw etc etc etc. I actually used a nail at the end so I could get every last puff out of it.

Inspired me to pull out a Cuaba Distinguido for this afternoon.

Love the Divino. If I were it, I would look at legal action to divorce myself from the rest of the family.

I am going to do a tasting of all Cuaba's this week. It is akin to lent where you give up something good...in this case....good cigars.

I hope to be proved wrong ;-)

I had the Divino's bigger brother last night, the Distinguido. It was def not as good as the Divino but has come along over the last year while resting in the humi. I think another year or so for these guys before I give them another whirl. Looking forward to the reviews Pres.

My experience with the Cuaba line (Except the Salomone) is that they need at least 3 years if not 6 years from box code before they show what they can bring out, The Salomone has never done a single thing for me and it did not matter if it had a year or 5, it still sucked!

I look forward to El Prez's reviews...........

I bought a box months agao and found them to be hard, poor draw, very uneven burn when they did burn. Let them sit and same response. I now just give them away to the Cuban landscape guys who use them as nicotine pacifiers.

Very disappointed as they never developed into a consistent smoke.Out of 25,one or two smoked passably.

Only disappointment in all my purchases.:-(

Try massaging them out a little bit. The one I had the other day needed a little bit of a rub down and then it was great.
