Dear Ken,

With the arrival, finally, of some nice weather, I was recently able to do some trout

phisting on a nearby river. What a beautiful day! I arrived at the hatch in time to see

fish rising in pools.

I tied on a clauser which seemed to match the hatch perfectly, as it was hit almost

immediately. After a number of strikes but no takes, I finally hooked up with what

seemed to be a fairly large rainbow.

The battle was prolonged somewhat by the fish's size and the fact that, not expecting

anything that large, I'd brought a fairly lightweight outfit. Finally, after quite a bit of give

and take, I was able to bring the fish close enough to go for the net.

As I stepped forward to net the behemoth, my foot hit a submerged rock, causing me to

stumble and fall into the river, soaking me from head to foot!

My question:

When drying one's clothes in a clothes dryer, is it better to dry them for a shorter time at a

higher temperature, or a longer time at a lower temperature?

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Colt45

morning colt,

always happy to help. from what rob had told me, your personal hygiene did need some work. i'll get right on it.

as for the fishing, i knew this was a wind up from the moment you laimd to have caught one. also, rob insists that you were into phisting, not fishing? i, for one, have no idea what that means.

Dear Ken,

Thank you for your thoughtful reply, and your concern for my well being - I look forward to

your answer re the drying of the clothes.

Regarding having a physic, or phisting, or whatever, I fear that in your sodden state, you

have me confused with one of your bathhouse inmates, or possibly even worse, Smithy.

Best regards always,

Colt45

It never ceases to amaze.....you take the simplest, purest, most innocent thoughts,

and twist them with your one track mind.

And one of us does actually live in Oz (that would be you).

On a more serious note (I know, sorry) what do you think of the red inner circle rum ken? It seems reasonably priced, so I was wondering if it's any good?

» Ken and Colt, keep your lovers quarrels in private lest you show up on Dr.

» Phil! haha

I thought that with KG's prowess in the homemaking arts, that if he bothered, I'd get a reasonable reply.

Much to my dismay, my simple query was twisted into some kind of sordid bathhouse rodeo come-on.

At least there was more restraint shown to JMH's "Ask Ken"

In Kens defence Colt....JMH's question pertained to alcohol ( an area of knowledge where he has real expertise) whereas your questinos involved household duties and fishing....neither one of which he has a clue about ;-)
