While I understand the wanting to increase one's post count for the benefits offered, one would hope that the majority of them would be rewarded by sharing quality information with others here on the forum. I well know that it will not always be the case. Lately we have had a great influx of new members here and it was requested to provide a separate forum category for their Newbie Introduction type threads. After a couple of weeks, the majority of members that want to initially welcome a new member have had the opportunity to do so.
