gehrig24
I am traveling on a business trip to NYC and I am need a good place to stay that has good public transportation and around some things to do in the evening. I have never been to the actual city so keep that in mind on your recommendations. Price is kind of a factor but not the #1 deal breaker. The Knicks and Rangers are out of town that week so that kills the sporting opportunities unless I want to go watch the Islanders on Thursday. I live in Chicago so trains do not bother me but I do not want to end up in a place I should not be so I am looking for something easy. In addition, if anyone is available the week of Feb 18-22 let me know.
First Lady
Hi When I stayed in NY at Christmas I stayed at Washingston Square Hotel on Waverly Place in Greenich Village.... Great location, fantastic Restaurants, easy to walk everywhere. The hotel has just been renovated and is a nice place to stay and well priced compared to some of the other hotels around... Have a ball as I wish I was there again :-) Lisa
