Quick question on packaging

hi i was wondering if there was a difference in quality betwen buying a 5 pack in the cardboard packaging and the full wooden boxes of 25s. i wanted to buy some CoRos to give away for xmas but i cant afford to give everyone a full box. :-D

No difference in quality. Also The SIg II's and Sig VI's in tubes make nice gifts.

I've only bought CPs (carton packs) twice, but the cigars tasted the same as the ones from boxes. TBH, there is no difference in taste or quality as in contruction, draw, tobacco inside the cigar or anything like that, but there is one small difference: the visually less appealing cigars go into CPs or tubes. You will find a cigar with a white water spot, or a green spot on the wrapper more frequently in tubes or CPs than in boxes.

I have found that the cardboard packs just don't have that good barnyard smell . Its kind of a dry cardboardy smell. Tubos smell nice when opened.

Great thanks for the info guys. Didnt really think about giving out tubes. i guess i could give out some sig vi tubes too.
