In another thread on the PLR, another member mentions speaking to Lisa about 50s, and that they are

expected in 50s as well.

BTW, do you know if there is a single reason behind the delay of the tubed products? Perhaps lack of materials, funds, etc.?

My guess is, that the Montecristo Humidor is the Monte "B". While the Reservas are the No. 4 Reservas.

I have a couple Monte Bs from 1997, no humi though. :-(

Talk has died on the 50's. May have been a last minute packaging change but I will find out.

If they are not releasing the new tubes until 2008 it means supply problems or the fact that they have simply run out of time to get them to the market prior to Christmas.

Can't wait for the PSD#4 and PSP2 tubos. There's something great about cracking open the can and smelling the cedar! Would love to stash away some 3 packs and forget about them for a while.

Yes, it is a Monte 'B' humi w/a Monte logo on top. Pictures can be found on www.habanos.com

A 3rd RE for PCC is under Hong Kong, Bolivar 'Harmony', which has 8 Salomone II inside a humi to mark the '08 Beijing Olympics. The reason it is not under China RE is to avoid the time consuming application process w/China Tobacco Authority.

...but who knows, now w/Imperial at the helm, more surprises may come from Havana!
