habanohal
Had my 1st SLR Double corona today while on a great round of golf. I am not a big fan of such large cigars, But the flavor of this was outstanding. Now my question is ........In the SLR lineup, are any of the others similar to the DC? I have gone through a box of Regios but didnt find them to my likeing. Never had any others though.
Elric
The DC is the only one in the brand that I enjoy.
El Presidente
Serioulsy the outstanding cigar of the SLR stable. Aged regio's are good and Lonsdales can be very good but nothing really comes close. In other lines(and smaller formats) I would consider well aged Juan Lopez Seleccion Number 1 and superb boxes (they need to be) of HDM Le Hoyo Des Dieux. Never had the SLR double corona, but love the Serie A. Are you guys saying that the Double corona is significantly better than an "on" Serie A??? If so, I'm in deep voodoo:-D

Ken Gargett
i am a seriously committed fan of the slr dc. have been working my way thru a box of aged churchills and they have been extremely variable but even at their best, not within cooee. limited experience elsewhere with slr and some good cigars but for me, dc first, daylight second. » Had my 1st SLR Double corona today while on a great round of golf.
