Well after a **** storm of a day I really wanted something to capture my attention. Something to pair with as many Elmer T. Lee's that were required. :-P

Looking around in the singles drawer I pulled out this Partagas that had been gifted to me so long ago I didnt remember who it was who sent it to me. :-(

Sweet mother of all smokes! This baby strated off so intense in the first half inch that I can only describe it as chewy! You could eat this the mouthfeel was so thick.

Heavy classic Partagas. Earthy and beans. No spice at all.

As I hit my second Elmer T ant the half-way mark I was further captivated by the smooth earthy woodsiness (is that a word?). Leather and dark coffee beans to the hilt.

The nose on this thing was decadent! Full with no spice or pepper whatsoever. Delicious right down to the nub. It intensified in the last quarter.

The upside is that this was a magnificent smoke. The downside is how in the hell am I ever gonna get my hands on more of these. :rotfl:

Great review on a seldom reviewed cigar :ok:

Construction issues were always a more than average problem with these. Highly satisfying when one can draw.
