brooklyn Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 Hello. I just joined . I have a question about some El Rey del Mundo Choix Supremes that I have. I placed them out of the box in a new humidor. During the first half of smoke , the cigard seems knotty and then loosens up for remainder of smoke. Any suggestions to improve draw? Thanks.

physiognomy Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 Welcome from another new member. I hope you have better luck with your next CS. You might want to try dry-boxing one overnight & see if that helps the draw any. If it does, I'd say your humidity might be running high.

crossbow Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 » » Thanks for greeting. I seasoned humidor, but only briefly. Any suggestions? Re- season humi and keep humidity at below 65% but not lower than 60% But then again thats just me. The rest of our brothers here, may have a difference in opinion. Now how about those Yanks! A-rod and 30 Million!! I must be in the wrong profession. His agent must be rolling in dough!!
Ben Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 » Now how about those Yanks! All that talent and they've only just hit .500!

Hello & welcome to FOH. Question: were these smokes rested for 30 days or so after you got them so they could acclimate themselves to the proper temp/humi?
