Boston Mike Posted May 9, 2007 Posted May 9, 2007 Fair at best. It's good for a Mojito but I would not drink as a sipping Rum. Hope this helps. They sell it in nips. Try that before investing in a whole bottle.

I find it to be light, a bit assertive but not quite harsh. It's an ok rum. Not what I'd call outstanding. IMO it lacks in complexity and depth. I imagine it'd be fairly good in a mojito. Wilkey

Ken, It's def worth a try. I find the smell to be be intoxicating. Floral with bursts of honey. The smell does fool you when you take a sip though. A small bit of honey sweetness with a little bite on the back. It isnt aged long and to me, is best with a bit of orange juice.

genevapics Posted May 9, 2007 Posted May 9, 2007 Wonderful aroma but lacks any type of complexity. Definitely NOT a sipping rum. Like someone said, it is sold in the little "nip" bottles. Give it a try.
