tmos Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 » They will not be priced any higher :-) Schweet!
El Rushbo Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 This is an incredibly fine idea. I'm relatively new to the cigar thing and would love to try the aged cigars, but as always, reputation and fear of counterfeits has kept me away from the other folks online. Good Call Prez.
Loki Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 » They will not be priced any higher :-) GREAT :-D
Freefallguy Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 » Only FOH members can purchase aged cigars. Bravissimo!!
shrink Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 Thanks, Rob and Lisa. Some of the very best "non-fresh" (2 or more years old) cigars I have had came from CCz. Forgive me, but "aged" in my book means 5 years or more). Obviously, you take pains to store your stock under good conditions. ;-)
dysfunctional Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 » Bring on the aged smokes...Preferably a box of Sir Winnies from '01...The » best cigar I have ever had came from such a box. No man...try one from 98...OUT OF THIS WORLD !!!!!
El Presidente Posted September 5, 2005 Author Posted September 5, 2005 2 years is aged for us Guys....there is nothing fancy on the list so settle down !LOL! What we want to do is have a clear and current list which rewards members. We may crack the jackpot occasionally but other times it will be some ho hum offerings. Just couldn't see a better way of doing it.
shrink Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 » They will not be priced any higher :-) - El Prez Or, as the renowned sage and fleece-o-holic Ken Garget might say, "They could not be priced any higher" :-) (Someone has to stand in for Ken while he's rumblin' in the jungle.)
El Presidente Posted September 5, 2005 Author Posted September 5, 2005 !LOL! Mr Anti Cork...pro Stelvin closure for all wines is on a fully paid wine junket to study " the benefits of cork" .....paid for by the cork producers....in Portugal! I love a man of high ethics ;-)

El Rushbo Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 first thread in the forum...I did the same thing, and per the usual, Lisa saved me.
cf2112 Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Damn I need to post more and get to 100, I need some Monte Mill Jars:-( ok 1 will do;-)
GoatLocker Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 » Damn I need to post more and get to 100, I need some Monte Mill Jars:-( ok » 1 will do;-) Yeah, but I see that theres no price, and the ole saying "If you have to ask, you can't afford it" comes to mind! :-( I noticed the millenium jars, both monte and Cohiba at an LCDH last week. The owner said they were found while moving stock to a new warehouse in Havana. They had the XY seal over the original.

El Presidente Posted September 8, 2005 Author Posted September 8, 2005 No price as it has not yet been disclosed to me. Should not be too extravagant. Sometimes I am thrown a bone after a tirade
harwellplant Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 rob - this is a great move on your part. i buy aged when i can. having that list periodically updated gives another aspect to your service that makes you top notch. - chris
