new2habano Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 You had it all, the golden child, you were the next big thing and you were banging Jessica Simpson. Now, you're the "Bill Buckner" of pro football. You and T.O. should be tarred and feathered and stoned to death by a mob of Cowboy fans. Parcells take you're old fat arse to Florida and never waddle around the sidelines again. WE WANT COWHER!!!!!! I am now officially a New Orleans Saints fan
phxkev Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Cowboys lose. I LOVE IT! Cowher is still under contract for this year and I am sure the price would be too high to buy it out if he decided he wanted to coach this year. And if Cowher goes ANYWHERE in the NFL this year or in the near future it would be Miami or Carolina. Parcells is staying. But say goodbye to T.O.
mailman Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 » Cowboys lose. I LOVE IT! » yeah it broke my heart too!
CIGARHead Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 He blew it...and then cried on the bench until he realized he had to go in for one last shot.
tandblov Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Congrats to Parcells and the Dallas Cowboys... LOL GO SEAHAWKS!!!!
Zaphod42 Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Poor Romo, the guy went to college an hour and a half away from me and I still can't bring myself to cheer for him and the Cowboys.
Lorax429 Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 I couldn't have scripted a better end to the cowboys' season that could have made me happier. :-D :-D
new2habano Posted January 7, 2007 Author Posted January 7, 2007 You're all HATERS! I'm running a special on HATERADE so make sure you guys stock up.
puros71 Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 I am a football fan and I respect how he played his heart out once Bledsoe was bench. But yesterday he f'd up big time. They had the game won and all they needed to do was hold down Seattle for 1 minute. Crying shame.

phxkev Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 The game was a back breaker. It broke the Cowboy's back. In fact, we shall now call them Tony Homo and the Brokeback Cowboys.

Guest stang Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 I loved the game. perfect outcome. I am going to add Romo to my christmas card list for next year.

The Cowboys and Saints are the up and coming teams in the league. Talk about them all you want. When Dallas gets an O-line and Romo gets more experience....time to walk that walk baby.

El Presidente Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 What a play Reminded me so much of the Tampa Bay of old ;-)
VigorishSLC Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 I actually thought we could go deep in the playoffs this year. What a pathetic series of mistakes.... :crying:
Ken Gargett Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 » Having been Mr. Gargett's chief antagonist on the Redskins/Cowboys rivalry, » I am forced now to do a mea culpa and acknowledge the ‘boy’s and Romo’s » inane failure to come up big when needed. » » As General Lee did at Appomattox, I will graciously and humbly concede » defeat. my excuse to rob for not spending as much time on this forum as i perhaps should have while he was swanning about on some beach, recharging the batteries so he can order smithy and lisa around again, was that if i were to post, i probably couldn't have helped myself and inevitably mentioned this great sporting moment. i would have perhaps been thought by some to have been gloating (it isn't true to suggest i have printed and framed the report on the game, i don't need to - i'll never forget it). you really have to feel sorry for romo and the cowgirls. what cruel luck. oh forget this, sorry? i haven't stopped laughing. and i still maintain that the slippery slope of defeat and justifiable humilitation all began when the glorious skins whipped their sorry arse. at least we can take that from the season. but gloating is something i would never do (it does tend to come back and bite you). nice to think that we may never see another cowgirls superbowl win in our lifetimes - which of course i base on analytical observations and incontrovertible proof, not wishful thinking.
El Presidente Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Nice to see you refrained from gloating Ken
Ken Gargett Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 » Nice to see you refrained from gloating Ken i do try.
Freefallguy Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Having been Mr. Gargett's chief antagonist on the Redskins/Cowboys rivalry, I am forced now to do a mea culpa and acknowledge the ‘boy’s and Romo’s inane failure to come up big when needed. As General Lee did at Appomattox, I will graciously and humbly concede defeat. However, unlike Lee, I trust, indeed do believe, I will see the South rise again.
