pj
Rob,Boys and Girls We had our first win today, even though it was only a trial. She jumped from the outside barrier and Glen Collass kept pushing her forward. She was about 5 horses wide, around the bend she continued pushing forward and was 4 wide around the turn, about 1 length back. When she rounded the turn she kept pushing forward and passed the other 3 horses to win by 1/2 length, and it did not look like she was going too hard. Everyone must have thought that we were mad, cause we were cheering her on to win, even though it was only a trial. But it was a real buzz. Bailey and Collass, both said it was a good trial. Bailey will look for a race for her and let us know. I think the earliest would be 1.5 - 2 weeks. The dog has a name - Wishful Thinking - the trainer said that it hurt its toe, but its nothing to worry about, but he was going to trial her thursday, but this will now be put back a week or so. Once she trials he would think about 4 weeks. So plan for a start mid september. Thats about it, so good news, lets hope bella can win

She was about 5 horses wide, pj, i've told you before - if the poor thing needs a bloke to push her, there is something wrong. also, if it is that fat, it should lose weight.
