It's funny Tampa, you were the first one I thought of! lol. This is the second time I've seen someone around Tampa smoking a Cuban Partagas. First time was over by Westshore near the Panera or Atlanta Bread Company, which ever it is.

Hard to miss those Partagas Serie bands.
