skid11
While having a flick through a Cigar Book I noticed the many Gold Medals from the 1800's and the early 1900's that adjorn our Cuban Cigar boxes ....... and being to lazy to google the research myself (and knowing we have so many learned forum members that can furbish an answer, with the emphasis on furbish :-D ) What is the story with these medals? Was there dedicated cigar shows as there is wine shows of today just for cigars and if so what happened to them? Are medals still awarded for cigars of the world ?
