Well Armed Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 Man those PLPC's are so dark. They are black. Cohiba must have experimented for their new maduro line with the PLPC. And they are perfectly rolled. I know I am just making this **** up but it wouldn't surprise me.
gehrig24 Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 very interesting. I received mine last Friday and they had light brown wrappers. I could not resist and smoked one today (I am normally very disciplined about letting them sit for 30 days min) and it was just fantastic.

I was just commenting on the darkness because this is the second cab I have seen that is dark as night. Czar's were darkest of the two. They smell incredible I may have to indulge. And their construction is impeccable. Flawless in every degree.

And their construction is impeccable. Flawless in every degree. Mine arrived today and they are also dark. Construction looks very good. No plugged feet (nice work, team) When I get over this nasty stomach virus, I'll give one a try.

gehrig24 Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 Anyone in states that has the darker wrapper want to switch a few for the lighter color just to see if there is a difference? Let me know if you are interested. After a review mine are a little towards the darker side. Must have been bad lighting.
