BigSlick Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 » , and I'd like to Get opinions on the 2001 Montecristo LE Double Corona » » Thanks Welcome aboard Jeff! Never had one, but if you would like to send me one, I would be more than happy to let you know how it's smokin. ;-)
Professor Twain Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 Glad to have you Jeff. I will have to add my name to the list of those who have NOT tried this cigar.
korryp Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 Welcome Aboard I haven't tried one of those either as of yet.
Tampa1257 Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 » , and I'd like to Get opinions on the 2001 Montecristo LE Double Corona » » Thanks Welcome to FOH Jeff Generally New members post an Introduction thread announcing them self to the members of the forum, tell a little about them self, their smoking habits, likes and dislikes, then post questions for the esteemed members concerning assorted cigars of your interest. As for the Montecristo Double Corona Edición Limitada, It has been acclaimed as one of the finer Edición Limitada's released. If you have some, it should provide a earthy mocha treat with a medium bodied cooking type spice flavor. Some people have even mentioned that they taste a chocolaty goodness when they have smoked them before. While these are no longer on the general market, if you have been fortunate enough to have acquired a real one (Unfortunately many Fakes are out there), then you are in for a real pleasurable smoking experience. El Presidente Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 » , and I'd like to Get opinions on the 2001 Montecristo LE Double Corona » » Thanks Welcome Jeff. The Monte LE DC is Chocolate in a stick with characteristic Monte cocoa and dark espresso flavour. One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made is not keeping a few boxes for myself.
doohnibor Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Welcome and enjoy your stay!!! I too am new around this forum. :-)
hueynova Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 » , and I'd like to Get opinions on the 2001 Montecristo LE Double Corona » » Thanks I had a 2005 and it was smooooooth and wonderful. A lot less powerful than its size suggests, had hints of cocoa and nice cuban leather.
