Dear Friends:

Due of the precocious 335 Anti -Tobacco Resolution that affect directly the VII Habanos Festival, the Cuban government give us a special permission to celebrate the event as usual.

This means that everybody will be allowed to smoke at every place we celebrate any of our activities.
