cobra Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 I have a hard time handing out my Cubans to non-smokers. Not only do I think its a waste but I end up watching to see if it ends up "going out with dignity" 3/4's of the way down. On the other hand I completely enjoy sharing my humidor with other cigar smokers. I anticipate the favor given to Habanos from non ISOM smokers and want to share opinions from other Habanos smokers possibly exposing them to a new marque.
skid11 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 I'm with you Cobra :-) To a non cigar smoker a cigar is a cigar is a cigar, the occasion and the physical act of smoking a cigar is more important than knowing about the cigar or the maker or it's country of origin. After all a cigar is a symbol and celebration of a victorious event or occasion. Having said all that you still want the best for your mates so anything not too bold or strong would do. (You don't want everyone turning green and puking in the petunia's).
DocRKS Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 When I'm faced with this situation, my choices are : ERdM Choix Supreme or Sancho Panza Beli. Neither one breaks the bank so I don't feel badly when they put it out after 3 puffs and I feel I just may be introducing someone to the world of cigar enjoyment. :-)
