El Presidente Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 ...so you have 12 months to live :-D Your family is well taken care of. You intend to spend a lot more time with your family but you have committed yourself in the next 6 months to do 3 things that you have always wanted to do. What are your three? ....I am just trying to get some ideas for our 2008 itinerary
Smokiethebear Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Being an American, and now having nothing to lose, lol, I would take a few trips to Cuba and then embark on a global vacation for 6 months. After that, I would settle in southern Italy, in a hillside villa overlooking the sea and spend the rest of my days enjoying cigars, food, wine, beautiful weather, fishing and every other pleasure I could find;-) :-D .

Loki Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 I'd like to see the southern cross as I've never been below the equator. Visit Panama and catch a sunset and sunrise on each coast in the same day. Ride a Harley on each continent, scenic views and long sweeping curves. Riding is such a simple pleasure. All choices would have to be accompanied by great smokes and great friends.
Tampa1257 Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Did you just speak with my Cardio Doc? I would smoke every cigar in my humidor. I would visit Cuba and take libations of all the Natural resources there. I would fly to Austraila and visit Rob & Lisa and raid his humidor. I would ski the European Alps and lay out on the Nude Beaches. I would Party so hard that my liver would request a vacation.
Smokin Bulldog Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 1. Go on a sheep hunt in Alaska. 2. Duck hunt canada. 3. Vacation in Australia

Sparky Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Quote from Tampa » I would smoke every cigar in my humidor. He saidONLY 12 months LOL Road trip the US seeing all my cigar friends nationwide First Class ride on the Orient Express Do the Caribean Rum crawl sailing from island to island to end it on a beach somewhere with a Mojita in one hand and a DC in my other.
cigarnv Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 » Rob, very interesting and thought provoking question.... » » It seems the older I get the less I need. Years ago I made the decision » not to save all the special cigars, bottles of wine, etc. for special » "occasions" and began treating everyday as special. The approach being » that if tomorrow is that last day.... I have no regrets » » 1) Visit Australia and New Zealand for an extended visit » 2) Road trip around the US with my bride » 3) Enjoy the simple things close at hand... coffee on the patio as the sun » comes up, walks through the woods, a good book and cigar in the afternoon, » and sitting on the hill overlooking Manassas battle field at sunset.... » which always puts life into meaningful perspective....

JMH Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 I like habanablues style. I'd spend the time up to my eyeballs in drugs clubbing. I'd also travel to a few favourite places around the world as well.
