I suppose I'd smoke more in the winters here, if I could tolerate holding a cigar with gloves on. Just doesn't work for me, and I daresay it looks pretty funny.

Though I admit, during the transit strike in late December, I had leisurely, cigar-filled walks to work, gloves be damned.

First cigar of the year was the weekend before last as temps reached nearly 70F on a weekend for the first time in months.

I actually enjoy a smoke in late winter/early spring. I really like to sit outside on the patio (which is covered;-) ) during a light rain with a little music going and a fine cigar lit. Something about the rythm of the rain drops, some good music and a cigar that really makes for a relaxing time.

I too enjoy a premium smoke on a summer’s evening kicking back on the deck, not in the heat of the day, but just as twilight sets in.

It seems only natural, given that’s the clime of our finest cigars, Cuba!
