If we’re talking about a box purchase - go with the Partagás made. If a single cigar it’s a crapshoot. 😄

I would always go with the older box as the more age the better in my humidor.

I hunted MSU Bolivar boxes relentlessly in the before time.

I have some MSU Petit Coronas from ‘17. 😋 I’d go with that code. But you know how I feel about the Royal Corona. They seem to have changed, to me, around that time, ‘18 or ‘19. So 2017 for the win.

Which do I give to our dear friend who likes Bolivar?

I wouldn't be shopping for a box of Bolivar, not my jam for reasons that are mysterious. On paper I should love them, I've only had one that was anything close to inspiring the love for the band I see here. I found an -amazing- box of BBF that Jackson kindly took of my hands.

OPG MAY ‘15. Yes, I dutifully transported those beautiful BBF far away from where they could torment you. Anytime, man!
