Hello from Northern California

Hello everyone, 

My name is Justin, and I've been lurking for a few months now so I'm excited to finally join the FOH community.  I've been seriously exploring cigars for about a year now, so definitely a noob compared to a lot of you, though the hobby has quickly become much more than just an occasional smoke for me. What started as curiosity has turned into a real appreciation for the craftsmanship, history, culture, and camaraderie surrounding cigars.

I'm based in Northern California and work professionally in the wine industry as a winemaker, so the ideas of terroir, aging, balance, and sensory experience naturally pulled me deeper into cigars as well. I've found a lot of parallels between the two worlds, which has made the journey especially fascinating.

I've spent quite a bit of time reading through FOH already and it seems like an incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming group of enthusiasts. Looking forward to learning from everyone and contributing where I can.
