Got the Magnum 44's and my mouth is watering!

The new MOFOH showed up this morning and they smell amazing. So very tempted to hit one ROTT. Has anyone else done this yet? If so, what did you think?

Oh damn this cigar is fine. I had the patience to let it rest a whole eight hours before digging in, mainly because I was at work. It is definitely bundle worthy. Strong blast of mint with chocolate undertones on the cold draw. Clean solid ash and razor sharp burn line. Rich, well rounded notes of leather, oak and a delightful caramel cappuccino sweetness on the finish. In the last third, it went to rich black coffee and baker's chocolate. Smoke 'em if you got 'em. This fiver might last me until I can get a bundle shipped, or it might not. 😆

The last stick I got serious mint on was a Plasencia, either the Alma Fuerte or the Alma Cielo. Both were pricey sticks, $20-$30 range, and neither were anywhere near as good as the Magnum 44. Nabbed a bundle instantly after tasting the first one ROTT from a mixed fiver order, it was off the chain delicious.

I can not keep my greedy fingers out of these Magnums. Betting pool is open as to how many will be left out of my fiver by the time my bundle arrives. Anyone else finding out how friggin good these things are and smoking them all up? 😆

This alone is good enough endorsement for me to pull the trigger on a 5er for my next order. There's nothing better than finding something new you can't even let acclimate 30 days before you're all out and need to re up!

I am about to pull the trigger on a bundle. Any comparison to the Sovereign Sun if you have tried those?

Stouter backbone. Greater depth and intensity, less sweetness but not much less, as a subtler back note. Similar DNA. Similarly delicious.

I would say it definitely compares to the Sovreign Sun; a little less in-your-face, but I can only judge ROTT. I get less date/fig and more marshmallow root and creaminess. It kind of reminds me of the N1 Lancero in the regard.

Delicious, a more intense Fundy is my first thought. It is square in my wheelhouse.
