The Cigar Humidor is the Newest Habanos Specialist in Colombia

Colombia is a destination known by its friendly people, beautiful beaches and coffee, but recently the country is gaining relevance in the cigar scene. In a market that was full of fakes cigars until few years ago it is clear to see the change in profile of the new shops specially in the cities of Cartagena, Medellín and Bogotá, the country’s capital.

This change of mentality was due to an hard effort done by the Habanos distributor in the country, Caribe Imports, and by the profile of the owners of the new smoking spots in Colombia.

One of these figures is David Monroe that recently opened a new Habanos Specialist at Bogotá. David is not new in the business, he was the co-founder of another cigar shop a few years back that was the first shop to receive the Habanos Specialist seal in Colombia.
