A new desktop humidor (idea)

I've been looking at a whole bunch of humidors lately, and I noticed that there isn't a nice desktop humidor.. not one that tickles my fancy anyway. I love the idea of acrylic as you can see inside. But that's not enough for me. I want to highlight the cigars I have in my humidor in a way that draws attention to them on my desk. I don't want the humidor to be to colorful or extravagant. Something simple, elegant, and neutral. 

So being me, I decided to come up with something. I came up with a design of a two tray humidor that has LED lights to highlight the cigars inside and still has acrylic throughout to give a clear view of what's inside. Then, I had Gemini make a picture of it to have something to go off of.

What do you guys think? I'm hoping to have something drafted up and figure out how much they'll be to manufacture.

That looks like it would be a super cool design. I have the case elegance Felix Pro tupperdor which is clear and looks great on my desk. Holds humidity really well too. I don't really keep much in it anymore except cheaper stuff and some cigars branded with my company logo, as too much temperature fluctuation with the buildings AC schedule (and not nearly enough space, Raching mon3800 now holds the bulk of my office stock). But it does look very nice being transparent. Keep in mind there are reports of constant LED exposure affecting wrapper color, no clue if effects the cigar experience though.

I was thinking about storing my Cubans separately from my New World cigars. Then that somehow turned into this rabbit hole.

I have that one tupperdor too! I didn’t know that about LED light. I swear I’ve been learning more and more that I lurk around here 🤣🤣.

I think he means you should introduce yourself first in the newbie section instead of a soft solicitation.
