Juan Lopez Selection No.2 

There are two of these in a box. I know Cuban QC is terrible, but I don't know if this is considered normal.

Nothing is really jumping out at me as saying these are fake. Scrubbing the SN# is pretty common practice with grey market vendors. I'd be curious to see the code/year stamp on the bottom as well as if you can make out any of the micro SN#s in the label. I'd say if the year and SN# match up then you're probably pretty solid. I've had band misprints like this before with HU.

Yes, everything else is fine except for this printing error. It may be a common mistake.

Show me a photo of the bottom of the box with the factory stamp. Are the microcodes also erased, or can they be read?
