Hammer Smokin' Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Me crossing the finish line at the Terry Fox Marathon of Hope last September. Terry Fox is my hero. That was a 13km run. I raised just under $10K for that run. Had many "business associates" who didn't know I lost the weight. I'm not on social media. No "before" and "after" bullshit. So they thought "no way" i was completing that run. $10K raised and a personal best later, it was the proudest moment of my entire life. The run was on the 13km Confederation bridge that connects mainland New Brunswick with Prince Edward Island, here in Canada. What an experience! 4

Another pointer for the heavier types who might experience impact issues.
